Who Is Mayor Rukus?<\/p>\n

Mayor Rukus is the voice of the city \u2014 older now, a little wiser, and still laughing at the mess that made him.<\/p>\n

He tells the stories, owns the mistakes, and turns the chaos into comics, shirts, and reminders that everybody has a RukusVille somewhere.<\/p>\n

Why RukusVille Exists<\/p>\n

Some stories never made the news, but they still shaped us.<\/p>\n
